(PCM) You may remember hearing about the upcoming film “Swiss Army Man” starring Daniel Radcliffe, Paul Dano, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead when it made it’s debut at the Sundance Film Festival. Audience members thought the film was so offensive that at least 30 people walked out of the screening with the the first half hour of the film.
Despite the backlash, it appears that the film will be moving forward to a wider release, as A24 Pictures has now released the trailer for the upcoming film. In the film, Paul Dano’s character appears to be trapped on a deserted island of some sort and contemplating suicide.
He then discovers the farting corpse of Daniel Radcliffe, which magically comes to live and appears to teach him a lesson about both love, relationships and survival. There is probably a much deeper message hidden within this film, however the initial reaction has been that is one big fart joke and lacking any sense of depth.
